Payment methods:
- Credit card Payment by credit card. Payment is processed via a secure connection from the service provider Stripe.
- Immediate payment system certified by TÜV Saarland with tested data protection: No registration necessary; Goods/content can be sent/activated IMMEDIATELY if available; Please have your online banking details (PIN/TAN) ready.
- PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer) When you select this payment method, the next step is to be forwarded to PayPal. Once the required data has been entered there, it automatically goes back to this shop to complete the order.
Shipping time:
Please note that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipping and receiving of emergency and essential medical equipment. This may mean that delivery may take longer than usual.
Orders processed in Germany, Austria and Switzerland usually take 12-15 working days to arrive. However, sometimes it may take between 15-25 business days depending on where you live.
